Our British Isles Tour coming up

Well, only 4 more weeks until my trip to England, Ireland, Scotland, Wales and France. I can't wait, however I am a little anxious about leaving John home and going with a friend. Flying is not my favorite thing either. I am sure it will be fun as this is the first time I have been out of the US except for Mexio and Canada.

Ashley and Tylers Wedding

Ashley and Tyler got married on February 20, 2009 in the Rexburg Temple. It was wonderful. They had a reception in Blackfoot, Idaho and then one the following week in Helena, Mt at the Colonial Inn. They went on a cruise for their honeymoon. They are now living in Idaho Falls, Idaho. I will get more of their pictures on here also just as soon as I figure it out.

Trying to figure out this blog

I am trying to get caught up with my blog. We didn't get to go on our cruise to the Carribbean due to the hurricane that wiped out Galveston. So, we hopped a plane and headed down to Puerta Vallarta, Mexico to and all-inclusive resort and spent a week down there. We went parasailing, ziplining, swam with the dolphins and we even karouked to all the Abba songs. We had a blast just laying on the beach and sipping our virgin Pina Collata's and daiquiri's. We had all the people selling their wares on the beach trying each day to get us to buy their things, We did buy some jewelry and some swimsuit coverups. It was a vacation to remember. I would love to be able to do something like that again with my entire family and not just my daughters. It was fun just 'being the girls" again though. I am trying to get a slideshow to show up here on my blog but am having some problems. Maybe I will eventually get it to show up.

Finally, I remembered my Password!!!

Well, I am really behind in keeping up our blog. I had forgotten my password, but just finally remembered it. A lot has happened since my last post. I will get caught up on everything just as soon as I get the extra time.

I've gotten out of the habit of going to the gym and I'm having a terrible time trying to get back!! I haven't been for a little more than a week...this is not good, and I know it!! any words of encouragement out there?

Olympic Fever!

Yes... it's sad but true...I have Olympic fever. I've been going without sleep to watch the U.S play in just about every sport. I'm soooo glad I have only one channel that shows it and I watch it only during the "Prime Time".

The Olympics are amazing.. the people who participate amaze me with the determination they all have to reach their dreams!!
